Driving Directions to Start
From Lake Shore Drive: Exit LSD at Balbo (one light South of Congress, one light North of Roosevelt). Go one block West to the corner of Balbo and Columbus.
From the Northern Suburbs: Take I-94 to the Kennedy Expressway, I-90/94. Continue through the city. Take the Congress Parkway exit east to Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan and a left onto Balbo. The next intersection will be Columbus and Balbo.
From O'Hare Airport and the Northwestern Suburbs: Use I-90 east to the Kennedy Expressway, I-90/94 heading towards Chicago. Continue through the city. Take the Congress Parkway exit east to Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan and a left onto Balbo. The next intersection will be Columbus and Balbo.
From the Western Suburbs: Take the Eisenhower Expressway, I-290 east through the city on Congress until you reach Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan and a left onto Balbo. The next intersection will be Columbus and Balbo.
From the Southwestern Suburbs: Take I-88 east, which becomes the Eisenhower Expressway heading towards Chicago. Follow that through the city on Congress until you reach Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan and a left onto Balbo. The next intersection will be Columbus and Balbo.
From the Southern and Southeastern Suburbs: Take the Dan Ryan Expressway, I-90/94 north to the Lake Shore Drive exit. You are now on I-55 east. Take the Lake Shore Drive North exit and follow Lake Shore Drive north to Balbo. Make a left onto Balbo. The next intersection will be Columbus and Balbo.

Enter Millennium Park Garage on Columbus Drive between Monroe and Randolph (accessible from both directions on Columbus). Enter Grant Park North and South Garages on Michigan Avenue between Randolph and Adams (accessible from both directions on Michigan Avenue).

Street Parking:
Parking meters are available on Wabash from Randolph to Harrison and on Dearborn from Harrison to Monroe. You may find free street parking downtown as well.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
There is NO PARKING on Columbus Drive. Police WILL tow cars parked along Columbus Drive, both north and south of Buckingham Fountain, on both sides of the street.
CTA (Public Transportation)
